Who is responsible

The data controller is Domain Controller - Serviços de Informática e Internet, Unipessoal Lda, Portuguese tax number 516239996, registered at Urbanização Cercas S. José, Bloco 9A, Lj 1, 8400-314 Lagoa, Portugal. For any privacy question, write to office@domaincontroller.pt.

Project form

When you submit a project we collect your name, email, the stage of the project, the involvement you are looking for, the description you write and the language you were browsing in.

This is sent by email to our inbox and to your address as a confirmation. It is not stored in any database: the site has no personal data storage.

The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting, and the pre-contractual steps that may follow from the contact.

Abuse protection

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses your interaction with the page to tell people from automation. Google receives data from that interaction, including your IP address. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We also limit how many submissions come from one IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Usage statistics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is only activated if you agree in the notice shown on your first visit.

Until you agree, Google writes no cookies and does not identify you: it receives only anonymous, aggregated signals. If you do agree, you can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Cookies and local storage

• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose, so we do not redirect you elsewhere. Functional cookie, one year.
• dc-consent — records your answer to the cookie notice. Kept in your browser’s local storage; it is never sent to us.
• _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics, only if you agree. Up to two years.

Who we share with

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. We rely on these processors:

• Vercel Inc. — site hosting. Logs requests, including IP address, for security and diagnostics.
• Resend, Inc. — delivery of the form emails, processed in the European Union (Ireland).
• Google Ireland Limited — reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Analytics.

How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our mailbox for as long as the contact is relevant, and are deleted once it is not. Hosting logs follow Vercel’s retention. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for portability. Write to office@domaincontroller.pt and we will answer within the legal deadline.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
